VAMOS Run Club based out of Chennai, India was founded in July 2025 with a simple yet powerful belief—consistency changes everything. What began with just two runners has grown into a thriving community of 3,000+ members, united by discipline, passion, and a shared love for running.
At VAMOS, running is free and accessible to all. There are no membership fees, no performance barriers, and no exclusions. Pace, experience, or background do not define a runner—commitment does. From first-time runners to experienced athletes, everyone trains, learns, and progresses together.
VAMOS also focuses on structured and professional training for running competitions. Our sessions are designed to help runners build endurance, improve performance, and prepare confidently for races—at no cost. We believe high-quality training should be available to anyone willing to show up and put in the effort.
Beyond running, VAMOS is about community and purpose. Through group runs, post-run activities, conversations, and regular meetups, we create a supportive environment where meaningful connections are formed and fitness becomes a sustainable lifestyle.

For runners who aspire to go further, VAMOS is committed to developing pathways that prepare and guide them toward competitive and professional endurance events such as marathons, HYROX, IRONMAN, Spartan races, and ultramarathons, while always staying true to our core values of passion, community, and purpose.

The VAMOS Women’s Club is a safe, inclusive, and empowering space created to support women in building confidence, fitness, and consistency together. The club focuses on movement, well-being, and meaningful connections, encouraging women to show up for themselves and each other.
This is a commitment-based club designed to foster active participation and mutual support. Members are expected to stay engaged and respect the community values. Inactive participation may lead to removal to ensure a positive and supportive environment.

The VAMOS 10K Steps Club encourages members to stay active every day by making walking a consistent part of their lifestyle. The focus is on daily movement, discipline, and long-term health, not on speed or competition. Members track their steps using a phone or fitness device and stay accountable through regular check-ins within the community.
This is a commitment-based club designed for all fitness levels. Active participation is expected, and members who remain inactive may be removed to keep the group engaged and motivated.

The VAMOS Gym Club is built for members who want to develop strength, discipline, and consistency as part of their fitness journey. The focus is on showing up regularly, following a structured workout routine, and making fitness a sustainable habit rather than a short-term goal.

VAMOS Kids Club is a fun-first, activity-driven initiative created to help children aged 5 to 12 years move away from excessive screen time and develop healthy physical, social, and emotional habits in a safe and engaging environment. In today’s digital-first world, many children are increasingly dependent on mobile phones, tablets, and screens. VAMOS aims to reverse this trend by encouraging real-world play, movement, and interaction.
Our sessions focus on fun games, playful fitness activities, basic strength and coordination exercises, teamwork, and social interaction—all designed to keep children active while enjoying the process. Activities are carefully structured to be age-appropriate, inclusive, and enjoyable, ensuring that every child feels confident and motivated to participate. The emphasis is on participation, enjoyment, and learning through movement, not competition or performance pressure.
The Kids Club is a parent-supported, commitment-based program, where regular attendance is encouraged to help children build consistency, discipline, and long-term healthy habits. By combining physical activity with fun and community bonding, VAMOS helps children build confidence, reduce digital dependency, and develop a lifelong love for movement.

The VAMOS Elite Club is a premium membership designed for individuals seeking a structured and elevated fitness experience. The Elite Club offers exclusive benefits including a high-quality VAMOS performance T-shirt, water and energy drinks during run events, priority access, and discounted pricing across all VAMOS events.
Beyond fitness, Elite members enjoy exclusive networking breakfasts, elite-only meet-ups, and opportunities to represent VAMOS at national and international fitness events. The VAMOS Trekking Club in association with Tamil Nadu Hikes, is created for individuals who love nature, adventure, and meaningful outdoor experiences. This club goes beyond fitness by offering curated trekking experiences that combine physical challenge, mental refresh, and deep connection with nature.
Through professionally organised treks, members explore scenic trails, hills, forests, and offbeat destinations across Tamil Nadu and beyond. Each trek is carefully planned with a strong focus on safety, guidance, and group coordination, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced trekkers.
The Trekking Club promotes endurance, resilience, teamwork, and environmental awareness. Treks are not just about reaching the summit—they are about the journey, the people you meet, and the shared experiences that build lasting memories and strong community bonds.
This is a commitment-based club, encouraging responsible trekking, physical preparedness, and respect for nature. Regular participation helps members build stamina, confidence, and a spirit of adventure while being part of a like-minded community.

Post-run fun games are an integral part of the VAMOS experience and one of the most anticipated elements of our weekly runs. Activities such as Kho-Kho, beach football, tug of war, and team-based challenges create an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere, allowing members to relax and connect after completing their run.
These games play a significant role in building strong team bonding and camaraderie. By encouraging collaboration, communication, and shared effort, they help break barriers between participants and foster a sense of unity within the community. This inclusive environment makes fitness approachable and enjoyable for runners of all experience levels.
In addition to social benefits, post-run games contribute meaningfully to physical fitness. They enhance cardiovascular endurance, agility, coordination, and overall stamina, complementing the running session. By combining structured running with fun, high-energy activities, VAMOS keeps members motivated, engaged, and eager to return week after week.

Achieved organic growth from 2 members to 3,000+, supported by 26 consecutive weekly events in 2025 with 100+ participants per run, demonstrating sustained demand, operational discipline, and consistency.
Built a high-engagement, high-retention community, where members of all age between 18 to 35 actively look forward to VAMOS every weekend, viewing it as a trusted space to reset after stressful workweeks and a second family rooted in belonging and support.
Established a scalable, community-led model that converts first-time runners into long-term habitual runners, delivering measurable physical and mental well-being impact while maintaining strong brand loyalty and organic growth.

VAMOS goes beyond running to build a holistic fitness and lifestyle community that supports physical health, mental well-being, and meaningful social connection. Along with weekly runs, we encourage members to explore diverse sports and activities such as badminton, swimming, surfing, gym training, pickleball, football, volleyball, rock climbing, and cycling, promoting overall athletic development. Through regular engagement and strong community interaction, VAMOS fosters a sense of belonging that keeps members active, connected, and motivated well beyond the run.

Networking breakfasts are a key part of the VAMOS experience, providing members with an opportunity to connect beyond the run in a relaxed and welcoming environment. After completing the physical activity, members come together to unwind, interact, and build meaningful conversations, creating a strong sense of community.
These sessions encourage relationship building across diverse professional and personal backgrounds. Members share experiences, ideas, and perspectives, helping foster trust, collaboration, and long-term connections that go beyond fitness. For many, this becomes a space to network organically without pressure, while strengthening bonds within the community.

His vision is to build a community that goes beyond running—focused on active lifestyles, inclusivity, and long-term well-being.

A dedicated Marathon Runner, State Division Cricketer, Founder - Tamil Nadu Hikes and fitness enthusiast, he strongly advocates consistency, endurance, and an active lifestyle. Through VAMOS, he aims to inspire people to embrace fitness, discipline, and community-driven growth.

A dedicated Marathon Runner and Hiker, she leads the Women’s Club and Kids Club initiatives. She is committed to building inclusive and supportive environments that promote fitness, confidence, and healthy lifestyle habits among women and children.
